Refund policy
At Moon Club, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:

Return and Exchange Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. It typically takes 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer a reverse pick-up service, subject to availability in your area.

Reverse Pick-Up: Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to send the item(s) back to our address. Note that reverse pick-up is available only in select pin codes.

Condition of Returned Products: Please return items in the same condition they were shipped in. If products show signs of use or are returned in poor condition, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Refund Processing Time: After receiving your return, please allow 5-7 working days for processing. Refunds will be transferred to your bank account for prepaid orders only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, store credit equivalent to the purchase amount will be issued within 1-2 business days after return pickup. This credit can be used on future purchases on our site. Refunds via bank transfer are only applicable to prepaid orders.

Non-Refundable Items: Reward points and store credits are non-refundable but can be redeemed in our store.

Free Product Deals: Items purchased during promotions like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are ineligible for returns.

Customer Support: Reach us on Instagram @moonclub00 or email at customerservice@moonclub.in, available Monday-Sunday, 10 am - 7 pm. We aim to resolve pending queries the next day.

Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Terms and Conditions
- Ensure the accuracy of bank details for refunds; we are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
- If you've received a delivery confirmation without receiving the order, contact us within 24 hours.
- Handle products with care and return all original packaging, documents, and accessories.
- If the product does not meet standards on arrival, notify us within 1 day by DM on Instagram @moonclub00 or email at customerservice@moonclub.in with details and photos of the issue. We will provide further instructions.
After we review and confirm the issue, we’ll process any applicable refund within 5-7 working days and notify you via email.
